Privilege escalation in Cisco Identity Services Engine 2.6.0 through 3.2.0 p2 allows local users to obtain root access. The ESR console improperly manages privileges when processing a crafted request, enabling arbitrary operating-system file reads, writes, or deletion. Exploitation requires Administrator-level access and a licensed, enabled ESR, which is disabled by default.
