Denial of service via leaked FIB references

Denial of service in the Linux Kernel netdevsim driver before 6.0-rc1 allows local users to prevent removal of nexthop devices. When allocation of a FIB route-deletion event fails, nsim_fib_event_schedule_work leaves the FIB-info reference held, so associated nexthop devices cannot be removed. High-privileged code execution and an induced allocation failure are required; the bounded consequence is persistent nexthop-device retention and service interruption.
