Unauthorized actions via insufficient CSRF protections
Published Jul 7, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
CSRF in the Cisco Webex Meetings web UI allows remote attackers to perform actions with a targeted user's privileges through a malicious link. The web interface accepts state-changing requests without sufficient CSRF protection, enabling meeting joins and scheduling or registration changes. Exploitation requires an authenticated targeted user to click the link, and resulting actions are limited to that user's interface privileges.
