Arbitrary file deletion in Cisco Identity Services Engine 3.1 and 3.2 allows remote authenticated users to delete restricted files. The web-based management interface insufficiently validates certain character sequences in a crafted HTTP request before selecting a file for deletion. Valid authorized access is required, and successful exploitation deletes files beyond the user's configured administrative level.
