Cross-site request forgery in Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager allows remote attackers to alter configuration or delete accounts. The cluster-mode web management interface accepts state-changing requests without sufficient CSRF protection, allowing a malicious link to submit actions under the session of a logged-in user. Exploitation requires the software to operate in cluster mode and a logged-in user to follow the link; resulting actions are limited to that user's privileges.
