Browser script execution via unvalidated file upload

Cross-site scripting in Cisco Webex App for Web allows remote attackers to run script in a user's browser through an uploaded file. The cloud-based file upload path accepts user-supplied file content without sufficient validation, allowing that content to execute when a user opens a specific URL. Exploitation requires the attacker to send the file and persuade a user to visit that URL; the script runs in the affected interface and can access sensitive browser-based information.
