Arbitrary file deletion via traversal in delete-image

Path traversal in Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager 20.9.1 through 20.9.2 allows local users to delete arbitrary files via the CLI. The request software delete-image command accepts ../ sequences without confining the resolved path to /images, so it deletes root-owned files elsewhere. Administrative CLI access is required; deletion can remove files that the user's shell account cannot delete directly.
