Privilege escalation in Cisco TelePresence CE and RoomOS allows local users with administrative access to gain root privileges. Certain CLI commands apply improper access control, allowing a crafted command sequence to cross the intended privilege boundary. Administrative local access is required; successful exploitation grants full root control of the affected collaboration device.
