Authenticated command execution via CLI input injection

Command injection in affected Cisco Secure Email releases allows local users to execute arbitrary operating system commands. The restricted CLI fails to neutralize operating system command elements embedded in a legitimate command, allowing escape to the underlying shell. Valid Operator-level credentials or higher are required, and successful commands run as the CLI process user.
