CVE-2023-20053Network attack vector

Browser script execution via insufficient input validation

Published Feb 16, 2023 · Updated Nov 21, 2024

Reflected XSS in Cisco Nexus Dashboard before 2.3(1c) allows remote attackers to run script in a management-interface user's browser. The web-based management interface fails to neutralize link-supplied input during page generation, allowing the browser to interpret it as script. Exploitation requires a user to click a crafted link and exposes browser-based information or actions available in that interface.
