LLDP process crash via memory exhaustion

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Cisco Webex Room Phone 1.2.0 and earlier allows attackers to crash LLDP via crafted local-network traffic. The LLDP feature fails to bound memory consumption while processing crafted traffic, exhausting device memory until its process crashes. LLDP is enabled by default; on LLDP-only deployments, the crash interrupts inbound and outbound calling until a manual restart.
