Heap buffer overflow in Cisco Small Business Series Switches allows remote attackers to interrupt service via crafted web requests. The web-based user interface improperly validates request data before a heap buffer operation, allowing malformed input to corrupt memory. The management interface must be network-reachable; successful exploitation interrupts the affected device without reported data disclosure or modification.
