Process crash via RPCoRDMA heap-buffer over-read

Denial of service in Wireshark 3.6.0 through 3.6.12 and 4.0.0 through 4.0.4 allows attackers to crash the process via malformed RPCoRDMA input. The dissect_rpcrdma routine in packet-rpcrdma.c reads beyond a heap buffer while decoding a malformed packet, terminating Wireshark or TShark. The input must arrive as an injected network packet or a crafted capture file that an analyst opens; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash.
