Unauthenticated UCS exposure via unrestricted IP binding

Binding to an unrestricted IP address in Illumina instrument software allows remote attackers to expose UCS on network-reachable interfaces. Universal Copy Service v2.x binds its listener to all available IP addresses instead of limiting it to intended local or trusted interfaces. No authentication or user interaction is required; exposure permits remote communications to UCS, while public details do not isolate further consequences from the related UCS privilege flaw.
