Access-token theft via unchecked SAML redirect

CSRF in GitLab EE allows remote attackers to steal third-party access tokens through Group SAML SSO using a crafted URL. The Group SAML callback accepts an attacker-controlled RelayState as a redirect target without verifying its destination and persists it in cookies. Exploitation requires Group SAML SSO, which is disabled by default, and user interaction with the crafted flow; exposed tokens grant the access authorized by the third-party provider.
