SQL injection in SourceCodester Best Online News Portal 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries through password recovery. The /admin/forgot-password.php POST handler incorporates the username parameter into an SQL query without effective neutralization. No authentication or user interaction is required, and resulting data access or modification is bounded by the database account's privileges.
