Database manipulation via category deletion SQL injection
Published Apr 8, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in Online Computer and Laptop Store 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries through the id parameter. The delete_category handler in /classes/Master.php processes the request's id value without effectively neutralizing SQL syntax. Low-privilege management access is required, and successful injection permits limited database reads, writes, or service interruption.
