Stored XSS via unescaped shortcode href

Stored XSS in Timersys WP Popups before 2.1.5.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via a crafted shortcode. The spu-facebook-page shortcode returns its unescaped href attribute into page or post markup, accepting a javascript: URL that runs when a visitor clicks the rendered link. Contributor-level access is required to embed the shortcode, and execution occurs in the clicking visitor's browser with that session's privileges.
