OpenID client-secret exposure via clear-text logging

Sensitive information exposure in affected Octopus Server versions allows remote authenticated users to read an OpenID client secret from logs. The OpenID configuration path writes the client-secret value into diagnostic logs without redaction. Exposure requires an affected configuration event and access to retained server logs; the disclosed value is limited to the configured OpenID client credential.
