Browser script execution via unencoded privacy URL

DOM-based cross-site scripting in Thorsten Rinne phpMyFAQ before 3.1.12 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim's browser. The privacyURL configuration value is inserted into link attributes in contact.php, index.php, and request-removal.php without HTML-entity encoding. An administrator-level account must set the crafted privacy-note URL, and a victim must load a page that renders the link.
