Download-check bypass via insufficient Safe Browsing validation

Insufficient input validation in Google Chrome before 112.0.5615.49 allows remote attackers to bypass download checking via crafted HTML. Safe Browsing accepts attacker-controlled page input without sufficient validation when deciding whether a download must be checked. A user must load the crafted page; the bypass permits an unchecked download but does not itself establish code execution or data disclosure.
