Memory corruption via SMB timestamp formatting

Out-of-bounds write in tcpdump 4.99.3 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory while decoding a crafted SMB packet. The smb_fdata1() routine converts packet-derived SMB time fields with localtime() and places unchecked strftime() output in a fixed-size stack buffer before printing it. The condition requires a binary built with the SMB printer explicitly enabled, a compile-time option disabled by default, and requires tcpdump to decode attacker-controlled traffic.
