Stored script execution via unescaped display names

Stored XSS in phpMyFAQ before 3.1.12 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in another user's browser via a display name. UserHelper::getAllUserOptions inserts the stored display_name into option HTML without applying HTML-entity encoding. High-privileged access is required to store the name, and a victim must view a user-selection list; the script runs in the phpMyFAQ origin with the victim's privileges.
