Stored XSS via unencoded comment username

Stored XSS in phpMyFAQ before 3.1.12 allows remote authenticated users to run script in an administrator's browser via a comment username. The admin comment view in admin/record.comments.php writes the stored FAQ comment username into an HTML link without entity encoding. A low-privileged account must submit the username and an administrator must view the comment, exposing data and permitting actions available to that browser session.
