Stored XSS in Faveo Helpdesk Enterprise 6.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to gain administrator privileges through an agent signature. The agent-signature image uploader accepts HTML, stores it, and renders its script in an administrator's browser, enabling creation of an administrative user. Agent permissions and administrator interaction with a malicious link are required; HttpOnly cookies prevent direct session-cookie theft.
