CVE-2023-1719Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated attachment disclosure via global variable overwrite

Published Nov 1, 2023 · Updated Sep 5, 2024

Improper initialization in Bitrix24 22.0.300 allows remote attackers to read server attachments through unauthenticated HTTP requests. FormDecode copies non-denylisted GET, POST, cookie, and server keys into unset globals, letting crafted diskFileId and sign values bypass the attachment signature check. No credentials are required to enumerate attachments; a separate log_cnt path reflects script into a visitor's browser, while server command execution requires an administrator victim.
