Stored XSS via zero-offset sanitization bypass

Stored XSS in Bitrix24 22.0.300 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser through an invoice description. The crm.invoice.edit component treats mb_strpos() returning zero for a leading less-than sign as false, skips USER_DESCRIPTION sanitization, stores the value, and later writes it into the editor document. The attacker needs CRM access and invoice-edit permission, and a victim must open the affected invoice; an administrator victim exposes the server's PHP command feature to follow-on command execution.
