Authenticated file disclosure via direct Install.txt request

Information disclosure in XunRuiCMS 4.61 allows remote authenticated users to read Install.txt through a direct HTTP request. The web server returns Install.txt from the dayrui Config directory without enforcing the authorization expected for restricted application files. Low-privileged access is sufficient, and the demonstrated consequence is limited to reading the requested file without modification or service interruption.
