Published Mar 28, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Denial of service in the mydrivers64.sys IOCTL handler in Driver Genius 9.70.0.346 allows local users to crash Windows. The driver accepts several IOCTL codes without validating the caller-controlled SystemBuffer before using it. A normal local user can invoke the exposed device path; the published reproducer triggers a system-wide blue-screen crash.
