Kernel code execution via user-accessible writemsr IOCTL

Memory corruption in Driver Genius 9.70.0.346 allows local users to execute arbitrary code in the Windows kernel through a driver IOCTL. The mydrivers64.sys handler for IOCTL 0x9C402088 permits a normal user to invoke __writemsr, writing a model-specific register without restricting the operation to trusted callers. Local code execution is required, and successful exploitation grants kernel-level execution that can fully compromise the host.
