Traffic interruption via unmasked IP protocol flows

Denial of service in affected Open vSwitch 1.5.0 through 3.1.0 releases allows remote attackers to interrupt traffic with IP protocol 0 packets. The ofproto translation layer treats nw_proto 0 as an absent network layer, omits required header-modification actions, and installs a wildcarded megaflow that captures other protocols. Exploitation requires qualifying set actions on other IP-header fields; matching traffic can then lose connectivity.
