LDAP credential exposure via pre-TLS bind

Cleartext LDAP credential transmission in ForgeRock OpenIDM and Java RCS 1.5.20.9 through 1.5.20.13 allows attackers to capture bind credentials. With StartTLS configured, the LDAP Connector sends LDAP BIND credentials before establishing TLS, leaving them readable on the network. Exposure requires visibility into the connector's LDAP connection; stolen credentials grant only the remote-service access assigned to the affected account.
