System crash via unvalidated driver IOCTL

Denial of service in IObit Malware Fighter 9.4.0.776 allows local users to crash Windows via a crafted driver IOCTL request. IMFCameraProtect.sys fails to validate input supplied to IOCTL 0x8018E010, and processing the malformed request triggers a kernel failure. A normal local user can invoke the handler without user interaction, causing a system-wide blue-screen crash with no reported data disclosure or modification.
