Local memory disclosure via unrestored speculation controls

Information disclosure in Linux Kernel before 5.18-rc2 allows local users to read CPU memory after suspend-to-RAM resume. The x86 power-resume path fails to add IA32_SPEC_CTRL and four related mitigation MSRs to the saved context, so the boot CPU resumes without restoring them. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, an x86 system that completes S3 resume, and a separate speculative-execution path capable of exposing memory; integrity and availability are unaffected.
