CVE-2023-1631Public exploit

System crash via null pointer dereference

Published Mar 25, 2023 · Updated Nov 22, 2024

NULL pointer dereference in Jiangmin Antivirus 16.2.2022.418 allows local users to crash Windows through a crafted IOCTL request. The kvcore.sys handler for control code 0x222010 dereferences a null local-variable pointer while processing the request.
