System crash via unvalidated IOCTL system buffer

Denial of service in Jiangmin Antivirus 16.2.2022.418 allows local users to crash Windows through a crafted kvcore.sys IOCTL request. The 0x222000 handler uses SystemBuffer without validating it before a required global variable is initialized. A normal local user can reach the driver and trigger a system-wide blue-screen crash, with no reported data exposure or modification.
