System crash and information disclosure via quota race

Use-after-free in the Linux Kernel Btrfs quota code allows local users to crash the system or disclose kernel information. The quota assignment ioctl can run while quota disabling frees the quota root, so btrfs_search_slot reads the freed object. Triggering the race requires CAP_SYS_ADMIN in the initial user namespace and can interrupt the host or expose kernel memory contents.
