Process crash via null COFF symbols dereference

NULL-pointer dereference in radare2 before 5.8.6 allows attackers to crash the process by opening a crafted COFF binary. The COFF patch_relocs function loops over the header-declared symbol count and dereferences bin->symbols even when parsing left that pointer null. Opening the malicious file is required, and the resulting segmentation fault terminates only the radare2 process.
