Unauthorized vault entry access via ID collision

Incorrect authorization in Devolutions Server 2022.3.13 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to bypass User-vault entry permissions. During entry import or synchronization, the User vault resolves an attacker-controlled identifier collision without enforcing the restricted user's permissions on the collided entry. A user with restricted rights can consequently read or modify vault entry data outside the access granted to that account.
