Service interruption via unbounded request logging
Published Mar 22, 2023 · Updated Feb 25, 2025
Uncontrolled resource consumption in Devolutions Gateway 2023.1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to exhaust disk space. The logging feature records specially crafted requests without a size bound, so repeated requests grow log files until the filesystem is full. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exhaustion renders the gateway host unusable rather than exposing or altering data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
