Authenticated SQL injection via transaction status ID
Published Mar 22, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in Air Cargo Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter database data through the id parameter. The update_status.php endpoint incorporates the id GET value into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling error-based and time-based injection. A valid application session and access to the administrative transaction-status route are required; successful injection exposes data accessible to the database account.
