Stored XSS in Fullworks Digital Quick PayPal Payments before 5.7.26.4 allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via settings. The settings handler stores the sandbox field without sufficient sanitization and renders it without context-appropriate escaping. Administrator privileges are required, and exploitation is limited to multisite or other installations where unfiltered_html is disabled; injected scripts execute when a user opens the affected page.
