Local system crash via unvalidated IOCTL buffer

Denial of service in MaxProctetor64.sys in Max Secure Anti Virus Plus 19.0.2.1 allows local users to crash Windows via a crafted IOCTL. The driver handles IOCTL 0x220019 without validating the caller-controlled SystemBuffer before using it. A normal local account can reach the device interface, and the published proof of concept triggers a Windows blue-screen crash.
