System crash via unvalidated IOCTL SystemBuffer

Denial of service in WiseCleaner Wise System Monitor 1.5.3.54 allows local users to crash Windows through crafted driver requests. WiseHDInfo64.dll handles multiple IOCTL codes without validating the SystemBuffer supplied by a normal user, causing a system crash and blue screen. A local low-privileged account must run code that opens the installed driver and submits a crafted request; the reported consequence is a host crash only.
