Authenticated code execution via malicious plugin archive

Code injection in HkCms 2.2.4.230206 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP code through external plugin import. The external plugin handler accepts a crafted compressed package and executes attacker-controlled PHP from the imported plugin without rejecting executable content. Administrative access to the plugin-import endpoint is required, and successful exploitation runs commands with the HkCms service process's permissions.
