Authenticated session termination via user-controlled logout identifier

Improper authorization in Teampass before 3.0.0.23 allows remote authenticated users to terminate another user’s active session. The includes/core/logout.php handler accepts a request-supplied user_id and clears the matching database record’s session timestamp and session-end fields without binding that identifier to the requester. Low-privileged access and knowledge or discovery of another numeric user identifier are required; repeated requests can interrupt that user’s access until another login.
