SQL injection in createCategories.php in SourceCodester Canteen Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries. The query function constructs a database command from the categoriesStatus request value without neutralizing SQL syntax. A valid low-privileged session is required; successful injection can expose or change application data and disrupt database operations.
