Unauthenticated database query manipulation via email parameter
Published Mar 17, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Online Pizza Ordering System 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries through the login page. The login2 handler in admin/ajax.php incorporates the email parameter into an SQL command without neutralizing SQL syntax, allowing a time-delay subquery to change execution. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the published proof of concept demonstrates a remotely triggered database delay.
