Local process crash via zero chunk divisor

Division by zero in MP4Track::GetSampleFileOffset in MP4v2 2.1.2 allows local users to crash a process with a crafted MP4 file. The function uses samplesPerChunk as the divisor of a modulo operation without rejecting a zero value parsed from malformed track metadata. The file must be processed locally by an application using the library, and the resulting floating-point exception interrupts that process.
