Application crash via MPEG-TS heap over-read

Heap-based buffer overflow in GPAC 2.3-DEV-rev35-gbbca86917-master allows local users to crash MP4Box via a crafted MPEG-TS file. The gf_m2ts_process_sdt parser in media_tools/mpegts.c reads one byte beyond the heap buffer while processing Service Description Table data. Exploitation requires a user or local workflow to pass the file to MP4Box for inspection; the public report demonstrates an AddressSanitizer abort rather than code execution.
